Most people travelling to
sporting events will look for accommodation within an hours travelling of
the event.
They don't mind jumping on a
train, catching a bus or driving themselves. So, distance isn't always a
problem.
Obviously the closer you are,
the more you will be able to charge for renting
your property
or your rooms. If you are within walking distance of the Celtic
Manor Resort, than you should be able to get a considerable value to your
let.
Don't give in though if you live
a little bit further afield. You will be able to charge a
premium too in towns like Abergavenny, Brecon and Usk.
