How do I put my property online ?

You can add you property in a few easy steps.

Before you begin you may want to take some photographs of your property.

1. If this your first time registering, Click the ADD LISTING option on the top of the menu bar.

2. Register your details.  Once you have registered you will be sent a link to your email which you will need to click to validate your account.

3. You will now be able to login using the 'MEMBERS LOGIN' option.  You can now enter the user name and password you entered earlier.

4. Once inside the control panel you will be able to add your property by selecting the 'Add Listing' option.   You can enter all the relevant details of your property. At this stage you can select which advertising package you wish to advertise under.  If you are undecided you can leave the free listing, and upgrade at a later stage if you feel it necessary.  if you are unsure which advertising package suits you, check our package comparison table here

5. The minimum information required are the questions marked with a "*".  You don't need to add all the data now.  You can save your property details and come back later if you feel you can't think of all the options or want to have time to come up with a amazing title for your property.

6. If you want to upgrade your position you can do this at any stage. You don't need to do that today ! Come back tomorrow once you've perfected your sales blurb !

7. Adding pictures is also easy (Available only on payable packages only).  There is a picture option at the bottom of the listing  entry/edit entry form.  Uou will see an option to add a "main image" for the killer picture of your property and also a "edit images" option for different views of your kitchen, lounge, garden etc.  The number of pictures will depend on the package you select.   If you give people lots of pictures it will boost your chances of a quick let.

8. That's about it !

Can I change my upgrade my package at anytime ?

Yes, of course you can.  If you want to start off small and take out a smaller package today, you can upgrade at anytime.   The same is true if you want to see how things go before buying a prominent position package.  We won't force you to up-sell to anything.  You do what you want, when you want.
